Packers 2023-24 Season Thread

It is like Colin Cowherd. He has changed his tune now and before he was saying Love was not the guy.

I have to admit earlier in the season I wasn't sure and thought Love was just a back-up QB. He proved me wrong. Unless the kid completely goes off the rails for some reason, he has the talent, ability, smarts, and demeanor to be a legit NFL QB.
well, if Colin Cowherd thought he would be a bust, then that proves that Love was going to be good. Oh wait, I don't agree with his opinions, so I must not be very bright.

Look at the past two weeks with Aaron Jones back. 30+ pts per game. Get a young proper RB back there, shore up the OL, another year of experience and growth and hopefully health from that WR/TE group. Look out. No reason they can't average 30 per game next year.

One guy who will not say a word now after looking like a clown is Adam Schein. He was being a homer of Rodgers to the Jets and trashing on Love saying he's not a NFL QB.

Who's Adam Schein!?!?!?

Most media guys are clowns. :)

To be fair, I didn't think Love was the guy either. That is why the draft is so hard to gage. You just never know.
He wasn't the guy right up until he was. The problem with these media guys is that they live in a perpetual present, where things are what they are and always will be that way. Player development takes time - and that's a lesson for everyone's life as well. You won't be in a year what you are today. Imagine a world where people can't improve themselves, or get better at their jobs over time. It's insane, we all know it doesn't work that way but the Adam Scheins of the world sit around and act like players can't get better.

The thing I give Cowherd credit for (and I actually think he’s hilarious) is that he freely admits his job is about the story right now as of this moment. Not what it might be later.
