I've seen talk of NE trading out of 3. I can't imagine Elliot Wolf, who finally has his chance running the show, NOT using his first pick to get his guy at QB. Unless I suppose Kraft opens his fat mouth and forces something.
I think GB is more likely than other teams to let Barton fail at tackle before moving inside. He’s like Bryan Bulaga for them.
I don’t know a ton about Bortolini but it seems theyre looking to upgrade at center and Rd 4 seems a good place for him.
Wilson is a wild card as you said. Bob...
As other have said, not what I would necessarily do, just trying to hone in on Gute types and decision making process. No trades but we know he will trade around some.
I still think DeJean or Barton are their choices at 25 but assuming both are gone.

This is only novel to us because we’re the young kids here. Ask the old timers, this is their second or third go round with this sort of thing!
Hell, this is how they felt in 2009 when Clay Matthews got drafted by GB.
Deep groups tend to be run on early and often. It doesn’t mean there are good guys later on, it means everyone who needs one makes it a priority to get a guy first before they’re all gone. “This guy will be there later” is a good way to miss out on everyone.
I agree that it comes down to how...
This a clear case of what's legal versus what's good for the sport being two very, very different things. We see this many places in society, campaign finance laws being one that first comes to mind.
Like Mark said, Pandora's box has been opened with this one. It's great for this current group...
All it means IMO is that they lost an experienced backup tackle in free agency and they needed another one. Money details aren’t out but assuming this is a low financial risk, there’s no guarantee he makes the roster if they grab a couple higher end guys in the draft. Every season the last few...
I guess I'll be a bit of a contrarian on Williams. I will say the same thing about him as I said about Love years ago - if you're going to take a chance on an imperfect QB, he is the type you take a chance on. Great arm, playmaking, all that stuff. That's what today's QBs need to do, in addition...
It's Murphy's job to make sure they don't lose a home game to this. They're getting 9 regular season games at Lambeau this year, so mission accomplished.
It's also only a 2 hr time zone difference, so not nearly as bad as playing in Europe.
Early on in the process it was common to see DeJean and Jordan Morgan mocked to GB at 25, and common to see Barton mocked to them at 41. All the usual pre draft BS happens and things move around but in the end I’m guess it’ll be one of those three at 25.
