I absolutely don't want a "cap guy" as GM - has to be a "football guy", who then gets sound cap advice from a bean counter like Ball. My guess is it will be Ball, and Green Bay will never see a FA again. There's a lot at stake here and they better get it right. If not were screwed big time.
