Shorter WR with some interesting skills. May never be a starting outside guy, but with his speed and athleticism you can find ways to get the ball in his hands and have him make some plays. Use him to return punts and maybe kick-offs. Jet sweeps, slot WR and get him the ball on a quick in or bubble screen, use him in the backfield, maybe even some wildcat. Lots of options with a guy like this.
