I think the shortfall is pretty much explanatory with the buyouts, and evolution to where they are with the Fickell program. It wasn't fiscally responsible, no doubt about it, but methinks they might just make up that shortfall with gains for this season? Just a guess on my part. I don't know how the bean counters see it, or will categorize everything.
