He was committed to Cincy and decommited less then a week after Fickell left for WI.

Wisconsin wanted Tyler Van Dyke out of high school went he was rated the country’s 204th best prospect.Now, after a season where he threw for 2,703 yards, 19 TDs and a 65.8 completion percentage, the #Badgers have their guy with two years remaining and trending upward.

Van Dyke is a prototypical QB, sizewise. Got a cannon arm. Unfortunately, not a great runner. Interesting that he still has 2 years left. If he starts for 2 years, that won't leave much opportunity for Evers or Locke. Thing with both of them is that they've both been in the portal once already. If they enter again, I believe they need to sit out a year. Of course if Van Dyke has a good year he may be gone after 1 year.
