Knowles (6-2, 196), a first-year player out of Kansas State, originally signed with the Minnesota Vikings as an undrafted free agent in 2023. He spent his rookie season on reserve/non-football injury and was waived/injured by the Vikings after the 2024 training camp. In college, Knowles earned second-team All America honors from Phil Steele's College Football in each of his last two seasons. In 2021, he finished No. 2 in the country with two kickoff-return touchdowns, and his 33.1 kickoff return average ranked No. 4 in the nation. Knowles will wear No. 82 for the Packers.

At the end of the day he had a fair chance at it. He had an issue to correct and couldn’t correct it in games. I liked him, wish it worked out. He hit the ball well overall.

I read the article and the Packers responses to the City of Green Bay and Stadium District. With this limited knowledge of the situation, it sure seems the Green Bay Mayor is overreaching.
