Post Game Packers Defeat Vikings 23-6

I liked MLs plan and the D came to play. They still have room for improvement but I'm hoping consistency on that O line will start to reap some rewards. It's all about hitting on all cylinders at the end of the season and then set it on fire in the playoffs. Gonna be a battle on Thursday but this one sure feels good!

Color me surprised to see the level of angst by Packer fans on twitter about this game. If they were trying to do something and failing that's one thing but ML was playing heavy personnel, 6 OL, they ran the ball better than they have all year and Love has a sore shoulder. Clearly did not respect McCarthy or the Vikings O and D played great, wanted to spare any hits on Love with a short week coming up. Really solid, boring win. Actually nice for a change!

Saw more of today's game than I've been able to this year. Actually, liked what I saw. It looked like everybody was fired with enthusiasm.

Not the happiest learning Love had a dislocated shoulder and they kept him in for so long - way past when the game was in hand. But, like his guts. Don't like the coaching decision.

So here we are at 7 - 3 - 1 and 1 game behind the Bears.

To finish we have:

  1. Lions
  2. Bears
  3. Broncos
  4. Bears
  5. Ravens
  6. Vikings
I still think we need to win 4 to guarantee a shot in the playoffs.

It would be nice to sweep the Lions and Bears that would give us 10 and good on tie breakers. But, let's just start off the run with beating the Lions.

Good assessment and that's a gauntlet to end the season. Now is the time for them to get it together because this stretch, I know it's obvious, will make or break the season.
