The 2022 What If draft for GB

I don't see Vegas at all, if you're Rodgers and you have 1-2 years left to win a Super Bowl you gonna hitch your wagon to Gruden?

I'd throw Miami in there, throw in AZ as a dark horse, throw in Philly as a super mega dark horse.
I think Philly is not even close to a SB nor Miami Rodgers would not have any interest there. Vegas is close to WC for Rodgers makes him happy to live in that area.

agree....what I think happens IF the Grand Jury brings back a true bill, he's on the Commish suspended list indefinitely and might see that list even sooner. If convicted then it gets messy, especially if its a felony charge. Dont think civil mess will be much of an impact. Could be very wrong
I don't see any jail time at all. At most I think he gets 3-4 games after this is all said and done. With his age and talent he still brings a haul of picks.

No. You're not wrong. There are so many avenues where this could go, and essentially none of them point to him getting back on the field for a long time. There has to be very little doubt that they will get a true bill.

Right now, it appears that the defense is looking at ways to quash subpoenas to reduce the number of people implicating him for his actions. That's usually a sign that they're trying to reduce the number of charges, looking for an avenue to make a deal to get their client off as easy as possible.

Right now, I have a feeling that the chances of him never getting back on the field is hovering just a little under 50%. If convicted, a lot of teams will never touch him, no matter what. It just isn't worth the bad press.
I think it's slim we ever see any kind of trial. I think what happens is he pays everyone off no on agree's to testify and it moves on to NFL suspending him for X number of games.

If it’s a felony indictment he’s not walking Scott free since.

If it’s a felony depends on state law could be mandatory

Still if no one is willing to talk if it goes to trial can they convict?
Well they will talk, they have already made statements to the police and interviewed. As TW pointed out a plea is a real possibility and that’s a conviction and he’s not playing for a long time. And at best trial is 2022 and he not playing with that over his head

I think he sits all 2021 season in off-season some settlement is made NFL suspends him 4 games.

It won’t even go to trail until 2022 unless there is plea and that’s unlikely this early. And if he’s charged with a felony he’s sitting for a long time

As soon as felony charges were filed the plaintiffs no longer had the authority to refuse prosecution. It's in the hands of the charging authority. Witnesses and plaintiffs are going to be asked to elaborate further through testimony. They cannot walk away with a civil settlement.

He's now at the mercy of the prosecution.
