Looking at Packers roster. Only 6 players who have at least 5 years with the Packers on the roster. Kenny Clark the only player on the roster with double digit seasons played.

it is clear that their way of dealing with the salary cap is to consistently be one of the youngest teams in the nfl.

Per Ken Ingalls UDFA safety Jonathan Baldwin gets $115K guaranteed. $15K SB and $100K in base salary. Packers did this similar to Donvoan Jennings last year who was guranteed $100K in base salary but ended up getting cut at the end of TC and resigned to the PS.
