The source is probably someone with the org, pissed off because the league hung them out to dry with egg on their faces.

Goodell probably asked Murphy to do this as a favor out the door and Murphy agreed and told FO and MLF that they were going to do this. MLF on Kay Adams really did not give a crap about the play one way or the other.
 
Philly guy started giving me the business big time about this in the stereotypical Philly friendly style.

It didn't end until I informed him he had pushed this out into the parking lot, got off my barstool, and headed out.

This easily 20 year younger man is a fellow member of my Boat Club. I know his 10 and 11 year old daughters. I had barbequed and served him and his family.

It's going to be a long year for Keg Man.

Philly fans are among the worst fans in the NFL. Just one little bit of success and to them they are the greatest team to ever play in the history of the NFL. I would have never gone to a game before this tush push mess in Philly and now as a Packers fan I would never even consider it they would likely try to be physically abusive and just not saying things that would go beyond offensive.
