Brewers 2025 Season Thread

Brewers could play under .500 baseball and go 19-21 in there last 40 games and still would set a franchise record for wins.

Good run for MKE but streak ends at 14. Now on to a 5 game series in Chicago. Could be the most important series for the rest of the season. If the Brewers can take at least 3 of the 5 games they will take the season series and have the tiebreaker.

good chance to do that. the cubs have lost 14 of their last 25 games.

A little pre Brewers nostalgia

1965 Cubs no hit by Reds Pitcher.

This link has the story and a 1 hour video of the TV feed from the day - with old commercials, Hamms Beer and others.

Also announcer mentions St. Louis v Milwaukee score - he's referring to the Braves.

Great for nostalgic views of Wrigley, the Cubs, Baseball, and '65.

OH NOOOO! Megill is on IL, and Brewers signed Eric (the Terrible) Fedde to a ONE YEAR contract to replace him. He was cut by the Cards and Braves, two pitching-desperate teams! Henderson is out for the rest of the regular season, at least. The wheels are getting wobbly!

Yep tons of injuries for teh Brewers. Priester also getting pushed back a few days with a hurting wrist.

i hate to say it, but i think the brewers season is coming to an end. just too many things to overcome. it was great while it lasted.

Brewers are staying competetive despite all the injuries. Their pitching injuries would be enough to derail most teams, but the injuries to fielders are just as important. They are missing four preferred starters in Mitchell, Hoskins, Ortiz, and Chourio. They were lucky to get Vaughn to replace Hoskins and arguably improve the position but you could argue that the other 3 were replaced by guys who aren't as good. Either way, they are still playing winning baseball.
