- Jacob Monk just had a really nice rep vs Kenny Clark in one on ones. Clean win.
- Doubs complete on a slant vs Nixon
- Zayne Anderson pbu vs Swinson
- Nice in route by Sims vs Williams. Dropped
- Golden on a bomb comes back to the ball and catches it perfectly with Valentine in coverage. So damn smooth from Golden. Huge play. Valentine just came up to Matthew Golden and gave him a hug after the play and talking it up. Good competitive fun.
- Heath contested catch vs Hadden
- Lukas Van Ness with another strong showing in one on ones; this time vs Jordan Morgan. Lukas Van Ness is…quietly having a good start to camp.
- Kraft wins inside on a slant vs McKinney. Catches this one.
- Hobbs good coverage on Hardman incomplete. May have got away with a grab.
- Sam Brown couldn’t find the ball w bo in coverage
- Musgrave had a good step on Bullard but overthrown deep.
- Dunn step for step with Shepherd incomplete but needs to get his head turned
- Valentine fantastic coverage on Golden. Golden catches a short one.
- Oladapo with good coverage on Fitzpatrick. May have been a drop
- Incomplete to Doubs. Not a great throw
- Swinson beats Baldwin
- McKinney pbu vs Kraft
- Starting OL in walkthroughs: Walker - Morgan - Jenkins - Rhyan - Tom. Don’t see Aaron Banks at first glance.
- Savion Williams has dropped out of practice. Just walked inside the Don Hutson Center. Williams had a big catch from Malik Willis yesterday, but recently returned from a concussion.
- Starters in team period: Love - Jacobs - Doubs - Reed - Golden - Kraft - Walker - Morgan - Jenkins - Rhyan - Tom
- Elgton Jenkins is making his team debut today, at center. Two plays then subs out, seemingly by design. Good step forward.
- Josh Jacobs and Emanuel Wilson with back to back nice runs, Jacobs’ was exceptionally well blocked up front on the right side behind Rhyan and Tom
- A rare miss for Willis who had Heath open for a big gain.
- Tucker Kraft with phenomenal pass pro on Brenton Cox which allowed Love to find Golden along the sideline for a nice pickup.
- Chris Brooks just put his life on the line on a blitz pickup on Cox. Man does Brenton play with some pop and violence. All things considered Brooks did really well.
- Run by Brooks goes nowhere.
- Love quick screen left to Reed, short gain
- Matthew Golden is getting better and more impactful by the day. Came open on a crosser and Love found him for a nice pickup along the sideline.
- Willis responds to the INT with a bullet over the middle to Hicks for a nice gain.
- False start by Rasheed.
- Love has to throw quick over the middle but Musgrave isn’t looking and it falls incomplete.
- Willis throws deep to Shepherd - should have been PI by herring but don’t see a flag.
- Love steps up and delivers deep to Hardman on a deep crosser but he can’t come up with it.
- Nice sliding catch by Doubs from Love.
- Jordan Love with a scramble!!!!! Kenny Clark had the immediate pressure.
- Matthew Golden gets major separation from Hobbs and Williams across the middle and turns it into a 60 YARD TD. One of the biggest offensive plays of camp so far.
- Jordan Love another scramble. That’s #2!
- Love improvs a shovel pass to Jacobs while stepping up into a collapsing pocket.
- Another fumbled exchange. This time between Jennings and Willis.
- Willis with a missile to Shepherd over the middle for a nice first down.
- Looked like good coverage by Hobbs on Golden but the flag on the ground next to him says otherwise. Golden draws the PI.
- Doubs gets the best of Hobbs off the LOS and love finds him for a big play over the middle.
- Sick one handed catch by Reed in the flat but it goes nowhere.
- Matt LaFleur making Rasheed Walker take a lap around the practice field due to some antics with Kingsley Enagbare after the play. The whole offensive line and Josh Jacobs stepped up and is running with Walker. Not letting their guy do it alone.
- Matt LaFleur is absolutely laying into the team after practice. Can only hear bits and pieces from where we’re standing, but he’s not happy.
- Brenton Cox is practicing so if there was an injury yesterday it wasn’t anything major.
- Starters in team period: LVN - Wyatt - Clark - Gary - McDuffie - Cooper - Nixon - Bullard - Hobbs - Williams - McKinney
- Brenton Cox is so damn powerful man. Just lowered the boom on a bull rush into Brooks’ pass pro to close pocket on Willis
- Mosby sack on Elgersma who held the ball way too long.
- Evan Anderson great fill on a run play to stop Jacobs in his tracks.
- Edgerrin Cooper, shooting through OL’s and making tfls. It’s what he does.
- Cooper shoots off the edge for a would be sack.
- Enagbare with a great rush - might have been a sack but Willis fires and Omar Brown jumps it for his second pick of camp.
- Nazir Stackhouse came nearly flat free up middle for a sack
- Another botched exchange this time with Clifford. Defense easily recovers.
- Xavier McKinney just made a Xavier McKinney play. Cut across the deep middle field to step in front of a Jordan Love pass to Romeo Doubs. Love had to think McKinney wouldn’t make that play from the back side. Not many safeties could.
- Ty’Ron hopper just missed a pbu w the 2s
- Kalen King with an interception on the other end of the field.
- Rashan Gary immediately shuts down an inside run to Jacobs. Clark in there too.
- Colby Wooden break thru for a sack of Love who had to tuck and scramble
- Every other Love throw in team seems to involve him avoiding LVN
- Ty’Ron Hopper flying around during the first 11-on-11 live tackling period of camp. Would’ve blown up a screen, but Willis pass was inaccurate and fell incomplete. Hopper then helped stuff a run up the middle.
- Stackhouse with another sack in team tackle period.
- Kitan Oladapo knifes into backfield for run stop TFL on Jalen White. White’s next carry he gets a nice hole up the gut and refuses to go down.
- LVN just rag dolled Doubs on an attempted end around for a big loss. Just threw him to the ground with one hand.
- Kalen King probably gets home on slot blitz.
- Warren Brinson busts through to stop offense on third and 1.
- Big short yardage situation stop by the defense on 4th down to end the day.
- Valentine and Melton remain the top jammer tandem
- Hardman and Reed are alternating at punt returner. Golden now getting a look as well.
- Kristian Welch is back as a core four ST player for Rich Bisaccia’s special teams. Trying to state his case for a spot on the 53 again this summer.

Interviews:
- Matt LaFleur
- On MarShawn Lloyd: "Kind of working through it right now but it's unfortuante." "He was doing great. You'd like to have him out there because he needs that experience but unfortunately had to fight through a lot of adversity." LaFleur and Gutekunst believe Lloyd was injured before the hit by Hobbs. He was doing good to start camp, LaFleur says.
- Packers HC Matt LaFleur on Chris Brooks and Emanuel Wilson: "Both of those guys are doing a great job. ... Certainly, they're versatile backs. Both of those guys have been able to play in our two-back package."
- “We’re gonna see some real football today.” Asked what exactly that means. “Exactly what you think it means.”
- On how close Quay Walker is to being back in team periods: "He's getting there."
- On Bo Melton: "I think he's done a nice job. When you watch him through the course of drills, the skill set is there. It's just getting the adequate number of reps to go and get comfortable out there at the very, very difficult position to play."
- Said it shouldn’t be difficult to get Matthew Golden and Jayden Reed on the field at the same time (we may or may not have seen that at practice yesterday). Said we could see more Jayden Reed outside or in two WR sets as well depending on the situation.
- Says defense is attacking the ball more than any of his previous six seasons here.
- Says Barryn Sorrell will absolutely reach his ceiling based on his character and the work that he puts in.
