They are definitely adding some speed in this class. Hopefully they can turn these guys into good route runners and complete WRs otherwise the speed doesn't get on the field as much. Sure you can use these guys as kick and punt returners and throw in a few jet sweeps and other specific plays but you really need them to become all around starting WRs for them to make the biggest impact.
