So went over who is left on different big boards early morning. Sorry no time to run a list as very busy before rain hits and draft starts.

Will summarize: the WRs are pretty picked over yet still a few out there. Still looks strong for Edge and DL role players, Secondary also. Still OL on boards as well. RBs are also plenty too left on boards.

What am hoping for is some Special Team help and maybe a real Returner though Watson can do that if needed.

How about this for a monkey wrench? Taking left footed Punter/Kicker Matt Araiza. He looks to be the exception for drafting one and he also takes pride in tackling and being a football player and not just a specialist.

Don't know if they will draft a Punter or kicker Terr. They signed a punter in FA and have 3 kicker's on the roster right now and likely cut one of those 3 before TC.

Those are top of list for Day 3

With 6 picks, they should be addressed

As I posted in another thread the day 3 picks are usually were you build your ST around so I am talking to Rich to see what guys he thinks best fit in his system. For the 7th round picks those are lottery tickets that no guarantee they make the team and are developmental picks you hope do something in the next couple years so to me the 4 picks we have early will be the key to helping rebuild the worst ST's in the NFL.

Those are my positions for Day 3 as well.

I'd also like to see one more OL selection as well. I still feel like our last 2 playoff losses are due to the o-line not being good enough/deep enough, so maybe I'm focusing on it too much. Still, there are a number of OT/OG guys that I think would be good value.

1. Sam Howell, QB, North Carolina (JR, 6'1", 218 pounds)
.

2. Perrion Winfrey, IDL, Oklahoma (SR, 6'4", 290 pounds)

3. Darian Kinnard, IOL, Kentucky (SR, 6'5", 322 pounds)

4. Kingsley Enagbare, edge, South Carolina (SR, 6'4", 258 pounds)

5. Tariq Woolen, CB, UTSA (rSR, 6'4", 205 pounds)

6. Daniel Faalele, OT, Minnesota (SR, 6'8", 384 pounds)

7. Jamaree Salyer, IOL, Georgia (SR, 6'3", 321 pounds)

8. Isaiah Spiller, RB, Texas A&M (JR, 6'0", 217 pounds)

9. Dominique Robinson, edge, Miami (OH) (SR, 6'5", 253 pounds)

10. Carson Strong, QB, Nevada (rJR, 6'3", 226 pounds)

11. Khalil Shakir, WR, Boise State (SR, 6'0", 196 pounds)

12. Justyn Ross, WR, Clemson (rJR, 6'4", 205 pounds)

That best available list is interesting. Daniel Faalele is still out there. I recall mocks that had him in the first or early/mid second. I just never saw it. Too big. The legs just don't hold up on so many of these guys and he's already been nicked up several times at Minn. Apparently NFL teams felt the same way.

I would like to find some speed today. Get a KR and PR and a gunner or two for ST.

If they take a CB, S, and another WR, I'm guessing those needs would be filled. I sure as hell hope they are considering special teams needs when they are looking at those positions today.
