Honest? Depends on your point of view. I thought it had a bit of a pessimistic slant - but I know quite a few people here agree with their conclusions.

If we are going to better than 9-7 then we would have to be pretty much injury free, especially at major positions. That is most likely not going to happen. We do have depth issues at 3 or 4 positions. That may be our downfall again this year.
