Denver comes in pissed from getting screwed by refs. Packers get down early 0-10 but come storming back. Defense settles in. Offense finds a groove and Packers will win 27-20

Packers win 27-23. One of the TDs against us will come off a turnover. Only one will be earned against our defense. I think they've gotten that much better, and I don't think they have enough horses to break our defense down.

Denver is kind of a mirror of GB. I think they're more talented up front on D, less so on the back end. They're a little less talented than us on O but built in a similar way. They have a QB, they have 1 great WR, they have 1 great RB and the rest is just meh. We're better on the OL as well.

So what you're looking at are two good defenses and two offenses not completely lacking in playmakers, but short of them overall. Fangio has been as big a thorn in Rodgers' side as Zimmer, but I have to think playing at home and the Packers continuing to execute a little better each week on O puts them in good position to win this one. Vegas line opened with Packers favored by 6.5, now moved to 8.

To me the important match up is Fangio vs ML. Scheme and adjustments will be critical. There is now 2 weeks of tape out on ML and Pettine and on the flip side the Denver offense under a new OC. Lets go 17-10 GB, still a work in progress but a win, turnovers will play a BIG role in this one

24-10 pack
Den does not have a qb and the packers pass rush get to him early and often. D scores this week. Alexander is built to shutdown the smaller wr... He does just that.

Our on grows a little more but will be clunky at times. Pack to to 3-0 before another Thursday battle. (1 which I'm flying up for)

I missed the first halves of both games. All I've seen of this offense is 1 field goal. The rest has been butt ugly.

Is the defense playing great, or is it just better than what we're used to? Against both the Bears and Vikings, miracle interceptions in the endzone prevented losses. Opponents wide receivers have been wide open.

I don't believe Rodgers has bought into the new system. Since he's got the wheel, the Pack will only go where he steers them. I think he's great, but I think he's holding the Pack back by refusing to take what the opposing defense offers. Like a leopard, don't think he'll change his spots.

I'm hoping like hell that the Pack defense doesn't read its press clippings, become way over confident, and lay an egg like I'm used to with Wisconsin teams. Happy as a lark with the 2-0 start, but not sold.

Personally want this one bad to avoid hearing it from Broncos fans who are friends.
