  • This Sunday will be the third NFC North contest for Green Bay in the first five weeks of the season.
  • It is the fourth consecutive season that Green Bay has a loss or less through the first four games (3-1 in 2016-17 and 4-0 in 2015).
  • The Packers are one of six teams in the NFC with a record above .500 so far this season (Los Angeles Rams, Chicago Bears, New Orleans Saints, Washington Redskins, Carolina Panthers).

  • The Packer have won all 11 games against the Lions where Rodgers recorded a passer rating of 100-plus.

This should be an auto win. But with our DB getting torched like they are this year I'm not so sure.

Arod Jones (if Mm stops his ridiculous obession with Monty) Geronimo and Adams should get them enough points ...

Now can the OL actually stop the rush is a diff question..

GB by 3 and Crosby hits another 4 FG

Playing IN DET has always been a tough draw for GB. Even poor DET teams tend to elevate their play in the dome.

The kitties have been bad against the run this year.
Will MM figure out how to make that play into GB's favor? (not holding my breath on that one) nono)

GB MUST find a way to score TD's instead of FG's inside the red zone.

I just don't see this as an easy game. It's a division rival. Throw out the records coming into this game.
Slobberknocker.

Packers, in a squeeker, 23-21 nailbite)

Lions 31 Packers 24

I just don't believe in this team, the coaches, or the direction they're heading. Unless they develop a personality they're not going to be competitive in games that are necessary. You must win in the division.

But IF they win on Sunday, the Packers will have best “divisional” record in the NFCN at 2-0-1.
Weird! Huh?!

Remember, our wins and tie have come at home. We had a bad game on the road against Washington. I am most concerned about road games this year. We're vulnerable. The Washington game proved it.

Our win against Chicago was at home, and our tie against Minnesota was at home. We still need to visit both of them in their lairs.

I am banking on AR being pissed about the offenses bad production. He will come out and play very well. Also, the WR's will stop the dropsies. D will play good here and there but still give up some points. We will get a turnover or two and we will take care of the football this week.

Packers- 27
Lions- 23

Green bay has issues on defense vs Vet QB who know how to read a blitz and that's what they have this week. Shoot out with little defense on tap.

Detroit 38
Green bay 35

Interesting.
All 3 starting WR’s are listed on today’s injury report.
I’d bet on Adams playing, but there are big ?’s about Cobb (hammy) and G-Mo (concussion).
All 3 rookies could be on the field on Sunday.
