Was taking to some friends and we were reminiscing about bars and restaurants we hung out at in Milwaukee and the suburbs. Some I can remember

Hatter, Attic, and Safe House

being from west end of Racine County we’d stop at place open on the way home

Used to go to Tristing once in a while. Went to the Hatter and Attic a few times but not really my style. Stone Toad was a nice place to catch a band. Saw Styx there MANY years ago before they were known. Played sand volleyball at the Tracks for a year, but other than that, didn't go there much.

Still go to Mama Mia's once in a while with my wife. Used to go to the one on Silver Spring Dr, but that closed and now we go to the one in Brookfield. Solly's is near the corporate offices for the company I work for. Still get over there a couple of times a year, but that much grease and butter is probably best enjoyed in moderation. More than twice a year and I'd probably have to schedule an annual cardiac cath.

Spent about a week next to Kopps and down the road from Sollys in mid July. Have not recovered. But, boy am I missing Kopps Custard
