Packers 2023-24 Season Thread

If that is the case, he might be done. His speed was the main reason he was decent. If he loses that, I think he will struggle.

I hate to say it but we may have to pick another CB in the first round.
Who knows, it's all hush hush.

Even if hes back, CB may well be the best player on the board for them regardless.

I knew Nick Guggemos' Grandfather back in the 50s & 60s. I also knew Nick's Dad, Neal, who played with the Vikings. The last I saw Neal was when he was still in diapers. Another of Neal's Sons, Matt, plays college football. Very athletic family.

It's a small world.

Honestly, this draft looks decent and deep for WR's. There are about 12 WR's that look like they could be a fit and are solid, IMO. If we get another 2nd round pick (which would give us 3 in the top 50), I could definitely see us picking a WR in the 2nd along with a TE in the first 2 rounds.

I kind of like Cedric Tillman (TN) and Jonathon Mingo (Ole Miss) in the 2nd rounds.

Does this guy take a step up this year were maybe 2024 GB could go with Tom and Walker at OT?

Dunno between him and Caleb Jones, maybe one of them can show enough improvement for a backup tackle spot. I’d actually like to see Tom compete with Myers at center. We’re past the point of shoulda woulda with Myers and Creed Humphrey but I don’t want them to compound the draft error by locking him into a starting spot that he hasn’t lived up to.
