With 12 DB's on the roster, and several playing well enough to be considered for the 53 man roster, I wonder if they might be thinking of dealing a DB to another team in exchange for an ILB prospect?

He should be he's only played in 4 games in 2 years.

He fits Gutes Uber-athletic profile.
Explosive 41” vertical and 11’8” broad jump. 6’2” tall.

His draft profile said he best fit as a press-trail CB who had “moldable” traits. Played both CB and some WR at Ole Miss.

Why do I get the feeling that Kevin King might be trade bait as soon as his hammy is full go?

Just a little tweak in my gut about King. Nothing more.

You keep King and hope he can stay healthy you get rid of him just puts CB right back as a high need again. Williams is on his last legs and I don't know if he won't be benched before year is out.
