Green Bay may regain their left tackle, but they almost certainly will play without their top cornerback.

Though the Green Bay Packers did not practice Friday, they listed left tackle David Bakhtiari as a limited participant and a 50/50 proposition for Sunday's Wild Card showdown with Washington. Meanwhile, top cornerback Sam Shields appears unlikely to take the field as he continues to recover from a concussion.

After missing multiple weeks of practice, Bakhtiari saw his first action Thursday. It appears he did not suffer any setbacks, as the team against listed him as a limited participant for Friday's report. If he can suit up, the Packers should have their full compliment of starting offensive linemen, as the team listed Josh Sitton, Corey Linsley, T.J. Lang and Bryan Bulaga as probable.

Though head coach Mike McCarthy expressed optimism at the outset of the week that Shields could return against Washington, that appears unlikely at this point. The team listed him as doubtful Friday, setting up another situation where two rookie cornerbacks -- Damarious Randall and Quinten Rollins -- expect to play significant roles. On a positive note for Green Bay, Randall's groin injury suffered earlier in the week should not prevent him from taking the field against Washington.
