Packers after ass kicking fall from #1 to #8

Good! They needed to lose that swagger that goes with thinking you're the king of the hill, despite not playing people who are talented enough to bloody your nose.

This week's meeting rooms will be pretty much business, with no smugness about them.

I hate to be Debbie Downer, but the #1 rating was a bit humorous to me. Packers just haven't made any effectual changes - much less improvements - from last year (Top 10) team to warrant a move up or down from where they finished. Any team with an elite defense that can stop the Packer offense will beat us. Our offense seems to rattle easy and our defense cannot keep us in a game if the offense struggles. We'll be in it and in the playoffs again to make another exciting season - because of our offense! However, we won't win a championship (NFC or SB) - because of our defense.
