I can't think of anyone who deserves it more. There are two players that I respect most in the history of the game, from my personal perspective, and watching them play. Bobby Hull in the NHL, and Mark Johnson in college. They exemplified how the game should be played at their particular levels.

Mark brings that same commitment to the sidelines, in coaching. He has done wonders with the UW women's team, year after year. An amazing person in the sport.

Mark Johnson was amazing. I remember watching him play High School hockey for Madison Memorial. I missed playing against him by a year.
