Peyton Manning tells Denver he will retire

Had to be done before March 8. Or is it 9th? Anyway, what a great way to go out, as Super Bowl winner. Rare.
 
Got to give credit where credit is due. Peyton Manning should be listed amongst the all-time great quarterbacks.

Glad to hear it. He was done. He got to go out like a champ though. I don't see him staying away from the game for long. Interested in seeing what he does next.
 
I've read that he stills wants to play. Starting to remind me of Favre a little bit.

Don't know why he wants to play. He comes back it's going to be for a team that's probably not even going to make the playoffs. If he comes back to me it's just to pad his stats.
 
Per reports Manning will officially announce his retirement at a PC tomorrow.
