The Badgers extended his contract thru 2027 along with several other coaches. The team had an awful year but you extend his contract? Idiots.

It may have been rolled over, but not guaranteed. That would be a private matter. The objective of rolling it over is to insure people see there will be continuity to the program, not think a regime change will happen next year. A smoke screen, of sorts.

I believe that it is guaranteed unless he gets dismissed “with cause”.
