Not a whole lot of discussion about this guy…
he's got some warts:

When it comes to concerns, drops and ball security have popped up too frequently with Wicks. He does have a tendency to use his body to finish catches and isn’t a consistent hands-catcher. He appears to be high-hipped and leggy, which takes away from his elusiveness and limits his ability to win after the catch. He isn’t a guy that has showcased any consistent ability to make defenders miss with the ball in his hands. While circumstances made things difficult, his impact in 2022 didn’t come close to meeting expectations after an elite 2021 campaign.

Team switched OCs and systems from a more simple system 2021 to a more pro style in 2022 and he had a big drop off in production after a monster 2021. Ran a 4.6 at the combine with an injury, ran in the 4.5s at pro day so a little better but not great. Does seem to have short area quickness and athleticism but not speed. What else can you say, he’s in the 5th for a reason. Can he play? No idea, but they’ll all have a chance.

He's a day 3 pick. Figure 5th round he should be safe to make it on team unless he totally craps the bed in TC. But right now you have 7-8 guys on the roster fighting for 3-4 spots at WR and of that maybe 2 of them are active on gameday as will have Watson, Doubs, Reed as locks on game day. I think the WR spot is so equal that anyone in that group of 7-8 has the chance to step up in TC and become the #4/5 guy
