Not everyone understands how to read body language. I do. But everyone can at least learn some of the points to watch for, so they can at least get a fix on how it works. When you do get a hang of it, you're going to be surprised at how you can apply this to everything you, do during the rest of your life.

If nothing else, learn how it works so you can begin to understand what you're seeing on the part of players and coaches, on the field. It will change how you view a lot of things. There are hundreds of articles on it. Here's just one.

Body Language 101
 
Body language is huge. I always look at facial expressions early in the game. I usually key in on AR. You get a sense of the psyche by looking I their eyes. This teams body language has been telling.
