Usually this is where list Packer needs. However, given cap situation and maybe bringing back AR and Adams, it is safe to say we probably have needs everywhere on this team outside of maybe Corner.

Looking over players entering the draft this year it appears strength is at Defensive front 7, O Line and Tight End appears somewhat deep for once, though there is no Unicorn like Pitts, there are ones that can block and catch.

Of course there are some Corners, Safeties. A big group of WRs in the draft but not the elite standouts or depth of them as two prior drafts. And even the top WR by popular opinion is healing from an ACL. (Covered in another thread) Besides the top WRs should all be off the board by our pick.

Forthcoming before Combine workouts will have a list of players of interest from Senior Bowl and East-West Shrine game.

HBCU....As have said in the other thread there are HOF players from this league like Walter Payton, Jerry Rice, Strahan and even former Packer Donald Driver came from one of these schools.

Currently there are 24 players from these schools playing in the NFL. Because they players are sometimes over-looked and don't get the opportunity of invite to the Combine, they had their own Combine and the first All Star Game showcasing their talent.

Have another list forthcoming with players that stood out during Combine, Practices, and Game that could be players to help our team.

Gute: This is an extremely important draft for him and the team. He needs to hit on his picks this year as we have needs across the board and no money to use on free agents.

Imo whether AR and Adams are here or not, he needs to stick to Best Available player or if you prefer, the highest rated player on his board at every pick as almost every position could use a player and of course for Special teams.
