I think that was the point CC was trying to make. 3 of his four misses weren't his fault.

Special teams improved this year. The only question is, will they improve even more in 2018? There were mistakes, and an injury to Brett hurt, but in the end, they did fine, beyond that hiccup, that cost us some kicks.
My biggest question is whether or not they're going to be smart enough to sign Brett before preseason starts, so he can get reps with the holder and kicker, or are they going to screw them all up again, before the season even starts?
Forget Brett's age. He can do long snaps until he's 40.
