Returning home riding high after a three-game sweep of the Cubs, the Brewers laid a giant egg in a shutout loss to the Pirates on Monday night.

I don't get it... bh( Sweep the Cubs in Chicago, come home and be shutout 7-0 against a no-name rookie pitcher with a 5.79 ERA. FP(

Yup, "oak" that is just frustrating at times. They get swept by the last place Reds, go sweep the Cubs, then come back home and stink up the joint against a bad rookie pitcher. If they lose this series to the Pirates, they are done. Championship quality teams don't play this way.

Come on guys . . . time to take each opponent seriously. Every game is now pretty much a playoff game.
