An OL is not something you can plug and play. The best OL are a group of guys that have been together for multiple seasons not just multiple games. Guys that are good at a specific position playing together.
You don’t get that if you’re consistently the youngest team in the league.
Jack of all trades master of none doesn’t work for an OL…

I also note that Jordan Morgan has played in all of 9 games in his career but they're treating him as if he's a veteran who can play up and down all along the OL. Not saying he's a victim but the staff has kinda jerked him around by asking him to do all of this. He hasn't proven he can do anything yet, but they're asking him to do everything.
