The University of Wisconsin men’s basketball program will have one less senior on its roster for the 2018-19 season than it did entering the offseason. On Tuesday night, reserve forward Andy Van Vliet announced his decision to transfer for his final season of eligibility via his Twitter account. On to the next chapter. No surprise there. You could tell from his body language that he just didn't want to be there anymore. Has some skills, but needs to go to a team that plays a more wide-open style where his lack of defense and inability to handle the physical play of the Big-10 would not be as much of a problem. They now have room to add a graduate transfer if Gard can find one.

He just never got strong enough to be a physical player in the Big 10.
