And how do you regulate that? So yeah open up more free rides and now you have a roster with 15 5 star walk on’s and 15 more spots for Alabama to add more talent. Back to the 70’s with unlimited scholarships

Well I rather have a kid who can't afford to go to college go and get a scholarship then some brat getting 100K a year on a NIL deal and getting a free ride to college.

Oh now they are a brat. Good lord. Would you rather have the kid get $100k in cash from a booster tax free under the table ?

Yes because at least that way it's more limited you are not getting half the roster getting NIL deals that way
 
Also if these kids start getting taxed guess what more money will start going under the table again to the top kids to avoid taxes.
