Packers 2022 Thread

When meeting with reporters on Saturday, head coach Matt LaFleur said that the team has not decided if Crosby would remain on the PUP list or come off prior to the Tuesday afternoon deadline when 53-man rosters have to be set.
 
I'm gonna guess he stays on the list until he's fully ready to return.
 
It lets them keep the current kicker for now, then after Crosby is back ……. Hopefully the kid clears waivers do he can be signed to the PS

They should just cut Crosby. Old man with knee issues and noticeably weakening leg strength past few years. Time to move on. Don't risk losing a young guy to keep an old guy a few months too long.

It's a consideration. Even if he comes back at MN to kick FG, are they going to trust him on KO's to boot that thing out the end zone? With the sorry state of ST (though already improving with Ty Summers being cut), I certainly wouldn't want to give another team any more return opportunities than necessary.
 
Bakhtiari and Darnell Savaged returned to practice in pads today. Bakhtiari and Tonyan still not doing team drills, just individual reps in pads.

Elgton Jenkins did NOT participate today.
