Talked to my cousin and her husband who live in GB. She went on Thursday, he went all three days. Said it was great.

Also said that had I asked, I could have stayed with them for the weekend.

Very few downsides but local hotels didn’t all see the occupancy they were expecting. Also many local food vendors were located outside the draft area and out of the way of natural foot traffic so they got burned with a lot of extra food.

Lessons for next time.

I’m actually glad we never saw the influx of draft attendees up here in Sturgeon Bay. It’s still the quiet season for us locals and that’s the way I likes it!!!!
