Post Game Eagles Edge Out Packers 10-7

They aren't fire Gute either... that stadium was full last night, Titletown is bringing in cash..... GB has zero reason to fire anyone
Could have said the same with MM they were going to the playoffs a lot stadium was full but still made the change. I think they also learned a lesson with TT keeping him way to long because of what he had done in the past.

We just lost to the reigning Super Bowl champions by 3 points due to a missed field goal in a defensive battle. Yes the play calling could be better. The entire team could have played better.
Any other week, holding a team to 10 points would have been enough for a win. Take the L, move on. Prepare for every week like it’s the Super Bowl and they might have a chance. But the issue is not just in coaching and it’s not just in one player. Let’s move on to the Giants and get back in the win column.

Though I do not understand why GB did not have McManus on IR. They have even said he's working on getting healthier each week. Makes zero sense you have him kicking when you have a healthy kicker on the roster and then ask McManus to hit a 64 yarder which even if he's 100% the odds are probably not in his favor. I wonder if they go Havrisik this week but is that like the old saying you close the barn door after the cows already got out.

All the fire LaFleur comments I just ask, who are we going to hire? Daboll (that’s a joke)?. I mean seriously like who else? Everyone that says fire this fire that has no answers. Doubs goes down. Golden is out. Kraft is out. Reed is out. Jenkins goes down. Watson is still trying to get back to form. Musgrave clearly was not worked into an option all year long. So…we got wicks and heath. The OL is a joke.
Who's going to coach a bunch a UDFA quality players and do any better?

Wake the hell up people!! rant)bh(BS)

Go look at what Hav did in LA. He had a couple good games so it's risky. But overall he's not much better. McManus was gold before he got hurt

I hate this, but we have a coaching/leadership problem. This is so similar to McCarthy the year he got fired.

Not a LaFleur problem. Jordon Love and company simply don't move the chains with consistency. Aaron Rogers and Brett Favre never would've had to defer to the kicker so often, without a touch of emotion. Too many dropped passes, too many not open guys, too many missed throws, and zero emotion out of Love. His OL is a complete mess.

The play was in hurry up, I am no guru, and even I knew it was an RPO zone play. Love has to read it as a no go and check pass.

Can you imagine Mike Holmgren or Mike McCarthy even thinking that considering a 64-yard field goal would be something other than straight insanity?

This just about our last play and my thoughts - not an indictment of overall play.

So Philly called out the 4th down play.

Seriously, doesn't a championship QB move out of it? Even if there isn't time to audible to a different play doesn't a championship QB improvise something?

It's not like we have a historically dominant offense that does what it wants when it wants.

I know we have injury and talent issues. But, hell we seem to play dumb football when it matters.

I know this is harsh on Love - who i like, but seriously we need more from him. I'm not saying he's a bust. I'm not saying he sucks. But, we need more from him, and it's mostly between the ears.

And, if at this time he's not allowed to do it, screw the coaches.

Worse, if he doesn't have the juevos to do it

I just don't know what they do from here. The way to beat two high safety is to run the ball but they cant run the ball. & I'm not sure how they fix that. They arent the only problem but I truly believe the offensive line is the root of the Packers Offensive issues. A bad OL just makes everything immensely more difficult. Can't call long developing plays, cant run, Love has happy feet, a good OL would solve a lot of our issues but I'm not sure it's fixable this year
