Packers are desperate for CB help. Plus they could always choose just to release him after the season if he is not willing to take a paycut as the cap hit would be nothing for them to release him after the playoffs.

Trevon Diggs has allowed a 156.3 passer rating in coverage in 2025, the highest among 616 cornerbacks with at least 20 targets in a season since 2020. A perfect passer rating is 158.3. The next highest allowed this season is 136.3 (Deonte Banks). Per

He gives up 18 yards per pass !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I don't want to hear a damn thing from you about the defense when he bleeds yards.
 
Looks like $550 some thousand for 1 game, if the change of scenery helps him get back to as good as he was, great, if not, he can be released without a big dead cap hit, nothing guaranteed after this year. Im ok with that. If they had to pay the entire contract, then no thanks.

So if he would take a paycut say down to $5 million next year void the rest of his years on contract would you do that to keep him on a prove it year deal?

Hell no.... stop pining over names. The guy got cut for a reason.... you're not cut going into week 17 unless you suck and are scheduled to make big $, OR you flat suck.
I saw 4-5 guys on other teams' PS with upside that cost less; we could have acquired. Nope, gotta sign Parsons, buddy.
