I am in the part ways with LaFleur camp. I don't want his head, I don't want to burn him in effigy, I think he has a very smart football mind. He just isn't getting the Pack to perform.
It's not just this year. It's been every year that at critical times the Pack makes huge mental mistakes and every year that the Pack isn't as enthusiastic about playing as our opponents and every year that the Pack is out physicalled.
The Pack players just don't implement his message - and they certainly don't in times of adversity.
Mark - better Xs and Os than I- mentioned a running play by the 9ers that is a LaFeur play that works great for them because their guys do their jobs. It doesn't work for us because our guys don't. Some is talent. I think more is heart and desire.
I watched a movie last night, 'A Most Violent Year.' The main character had a great line, "when it feels scary to jump, that's when you jump, otherwise you stay in the same place."
If we don't part ways with LaFleur, we'll stay in the same place or worse.
The Pack needs an attitude adjustment.
I'm not going to be happy
