Post Game Bears Beat GB 31-27

I am emotionally uninvested in the outcome. I expect them to resign MLF and keep both he and Gute in the fold. Will I be upset? Not really. They have an organization they are running and surely have a much better pulse on what goes on within the hallowed walls. Surely the means by which the Packers have penny-pinched with coaching hires needs to be reckoned with. I fully anticipate they will replace assistants - ST and OL at the front of that line.
Surely they will look at underperforming players as well. The fact of the matter is: OL blocks in 2nd half it is a different story today. McManus doesn't have the worst game of his career surely this is a different story today. Reed and Watson manage to come up with ONE of those catchable balls surely it's a different story today.
I don't know how much of any of that comes on the HC who seems to be universally respected across the League. The Packers seem like a big, convoluted mess of their own making. BUT, they are also making money every year, hand over fist. I imagine they are quite aware of this and realize disrupting what is already a pretty successful football operation could jeopardize that - even if they continually find improbable ways to lose important games. They can keep telling themselves that they can change, and maybe they can.

i miss the days when the goal of the packers organization was to be the best and win the championship. now it seems like the goal has become make lots of money, and secondarily to make it to the playoffs and hope that things go our way.

Has Jordan Love ever gotten a look like this from his OL against any defense? And the DC is now a hot candidate and the HC is supposed to get fired?

walker was asleep at the wheel. didn't notice the receiver until he was past him.

I can't see the rest of the coverage or alignment from the clip, but 1.) that's an impossible ask of Walker to cover a WR zipping across his face, 2.) there's no disruption - not even visual! - in front of Williams to impact his timing or vision to the target, 3.) if it's zone I kinda think McDuffie 58 is supposed to fall off and cover that route, not Quay.

looks like man not zone..... but from the clip it's really hard to tell WTH Haf was running. His scheme sucked in this game.

yeah, i know it's not an all22 camera angle, but walker's late reaction looks like "oh crap, nobody's covering that guy" and his after the play demeanor looked to me like he was kicking himself for not at the very least disrupting the receiver's route. imho, of course.

I thought they were all looking around at each other like they just got got, because they did. Their D call did not have an answer for that play call by the Bears.
