Yikes. That sent a shiver of fear down my spine.
I found myself really rooting for that first man you mentioned. Colt Anderson(?) from Butte, MT. I really thought his playing experience and his coaching experience combined with his lifestyle and charity sounded great (the more I read about him). So I've been uninspired by the Gannon hire, but I thought it was because of the comparison *I* made between the two.
Here's hoping Gannon is successful.

i am with you 100%. i really like hafley and hated to see him gone so soon. but i'm going to give ml the benefit of the doubt on gannon. for now.Here's hoping Gannon is successful.

Well if it's bad 2 years from now that could get ML and Gute both fired.
I hope I am wrong, but they just spent 2 years moving to a 4-front with specific needs... shifting back to a 34-front and zone coverage is just plain bad juju.
