Rodgers Wants Out

"You don't treat all your players the same. Listen to @AaronRodgers12. Keep him happy" Barry Alvarez, outgoing AD at @UWBadgers weighs in on @Packers drama.
Keep Rodgers happy? Lets see:

-Amassed an offensive roster that put up 509 points last year, tops in the NFL (much due to Rodgers, but they had a top 2-3 WR, top 5 RB, and top LT in addition to some underrated pieces and a really good OL across the board)

-Have hired a coach that schemes players open AF consistently

-Have reportedly offered to make him highest paid player in the NFL

If Rodgers has ANY gripes, it's about the defense consistently not being quite good enough. In 13 seasons as starter, the Packers D has only been top 10 in yards 3 times, and top 10 in points 3 times. However, one of the top 10 finishes was last year, and the other was the year prior.

I am completely on the organization's side on this. No chance I trade him unless the deal is crazy good for GB. Otherwise, he can sit.

You're listing things that fans think he can't gripe about.

His gripes are much much deeper and concern more than what happens on the field or how much he gets paid. The Packers are not affording him the same level of respect as many elite QBs enjoy. Whether or not that's fair is a different question.. So regardless of what happens on the field he can still have gripes because he feels the Packers haven't acted right.

Both sides royally screwed this up. I remember when Packer fans used to laugh at other teams who were so dysfunctional.

Packers have paid him very well what level of respect did they give him other elite QB's get? People say oh the team should call Rodgers before they do stuff what if they have and Rodgers just bitches about what they are going to do? If you call the guy let him know you are going to make a move and he does not like it and gripes about it will you call him next time?

Serious question, as I really don't follow other teams, but what kinds of respect are other teams showing their elite QB's that GB has not with AR?

Those are not reasons for a grown man to act like a cry baby psycho. People keep saying them as if they’re self-evident justifications for his actions but these are not real problems.
