Again, I just disagree. They care about winning, I think that's getting lost here. There's legacy stuff and financial stuff on the line for everyone involved, their window is right now and I think that means something to them. The way they see it, like many musical artists from back in the day who were obligated to make X amount of albums per their contract with the record label, Rodgers owes them this year. He knew it when he signed the deal, they knew it, hell people on this board immediately looked at the structure and knew it, and just because he's trying a power move a year early doesnt mean they're about to blow it up.
And addressing Pack's last comment - I think it's more than just a party line. If there was any actual wiggle room it would've leaked. Either from the GB side or the other team's side.
