he's not the highest paid qb in the league. and every year that goes by, he's farther from the top as guys like dak prescott get better deals. and everyone likes to talk about the great "deal" that tom brady gave the bucs, but the fact is, he's being paid $50 million for one year. they had to spread it out over five years to afford it, but they only get one year of his services. plus there are almost $8 million in incentives. and yet, the bucs managed to re-sign every single player. they didn't lose anyone in free agency.But that's why I posed the question.
Isn't "getting paid" as to how he values himself part of the "business side"?
good quarterbacks are overvalued. great quarterbacks are very overvalued.
