again that ship has sailed, if there was any "guarantee" we will trade you fingers crossed promise that would have been done by now
 
I wish the Pack would trade Rodgers now and get whatever they can. I believe his value decreases every day.

So given what I think about the front office, I think we get a small bag of Fritos and a Hidden Valley packet for him.

I agree, it's egos. And, it's so sad that our front office is wasting the ability to get prime football player assets in return for a Super Star 3 Time MVP Quarterback.

I just don’t think it’s that simple. As to value that’s subjective. Does it decrease daily no. Does it increase? That’s the million dollar question. I have always felt his value is higher after the 2021 season because the field becomes bigger. Right now it’s limited.

the problem with that is the pakers appear to be trying to force him to retire. and then they get nothing.

I don’t think either party wants to play the retirement card. Now I do think it’s possible he “retires” but does not sign the papers and sits out 2021 and gets traded at some point between now and February. It’s philosophical now for Rodgers and it’s a business decision for Murphy and that in itself won’t bring any compromise other than to move on
