Packers 2020 Financials

It sounds like they'd be wise to think about using the base of one of their practice fields and the Hutson Center, and go straight up three or four stories, to get what they want in an indoor facility.
All the more reason to relocate where they aren’t so land locked and limited

That’s kind of my thought. You can build weight rooms and locker on multiple levels but not practice field.

Here is a shot of the Falcons facility. That big building on the left is the indoor field so compare that to the Hudson Center. The other building is the corporate office which also includes weight room, dining facilities and locker room. The buildings north of the fields are player dorms

Odds are slim they go build miles from Lambeau GB wants everything centralized

GB's not going to go build in the middle of nowhere country side cow pasture.

I think this is best thing or go underground have weight rooms under the practice fields.

Nope.... that cost a ton of $$$ and it's locked in for Girls state BB and VB etc. It was built in 2002 ...your thinking of the old arena they tore down. GB promised they wouldn't mess with that deal when they decided to build it. 1000% off the board.
Only thing I could see GB do is buy the land behnd the Hutson center until the hotel that would give them a lot more space ot use

Falcons did. Flowery Branch facility is in the middle of nowhere about 35 miles from the city. It depends what they need and want
