2025-2026 Badger Men's Hockey

We are fully back into "we suck again" territory.

We're fully in "we need to win 3 of the last 4 and handily defeat our B1G first round opponent" territory
 
I don't think we're sweeping Big Blue.

I think we need to win the B1G. I'm hopeful, but realistically don't see them in the Tourney. It's a shame because of how they started.
 
Sadly, no crow for Keg Man.

The only good thing in this split is Big Blue was # 2 (yes, in more ways than 1).

I think Bucky's going to be on the bubble and probably needs to win the B1G or at least make the championship

I was at Friday's game, and there's the team we saw early in the season and hadn't seen yet in 2026. Most complete game in a long time.

Saturday was a bummer, but the other team is good too.

Having gone 4-2 against the top 2 teams in the NPI, and moving from 15 to 13 after Friday and staying there after Saturday, I think they need to get one from Penn State and then just not lose in the first round of the B1G and they should be good.

The team that we need to keep an eye on is whomever finishes 2nd in the CCHA (right now MN-St Mankato).

If we get swept by Penn State, then we'll need to at least make the B1G title game is my guess.
