I think they have tried to make some moves to improve the Bucks - they just haven't worked out. Unlike the Browns, where it's 100% about making money and not about improving the team (See Shedeur Sanders).

I agree. They tried to make moves. But, it seems like they were crazy reach for the sky moves when we were already in the clouds.

And, as a 5' 7 3/4" non jumping knuckle dragging neanderthal whose best basketball experience was dominating the lane for my fraternity and rugby team's basketball team for a few moments until I was not allowed to play anymore and sent to the bench for a beer not a big basketball mind, but it seems like they dumped a cohesive hard working team that liked to play together full of pieces that worked - and worked hard for each other - and a coach who was pretty good for shots at superstars with attitudes that never really played team ball. And, then Doc? Lots were saying that was a mistake to begin with and it hasn't worked well.
 
Did Giannis really request a trade or did he just talk to ownership about direction of the team?

I'm in San Diego, and the news or internet news, says he requested a trade.

The media is walking it back. First it was Giannis requested a trade then was walked back to he never requested a trade but talked to ownership

Also stories how no one will give much for Giannis that all these teams top talent is off the table and MKE will only get scraps and a couple picks in return.

Which is BS if Giannis is on the trade block you are not getting him for salary filler and a couple draft pick swaps.
