Lions CB Morice Norris take off the field via ambulance after trying to make a tackle it appears from video he took a knee to head that bent his head backwards and then his head bounced off the turf. 7 minutes ago

Dan Campbell says he is breathing and has some movement and they are running more tests at the hospital.
 
Clean hit but you can see in video the ref was already pulling his flag out before the guy even hit him.
