Sounds like the Saints 2nd round pick Tyler Shough could be the problem holding up most of the 2nd round picks from signing. Picks 33 and 34 both were given 4 year fully guaranteed deals which itself there the market out of wack as pick 33 last year got 80% guaranteed in year 4 and pick 34 got 70% guaranteed in year 40. Shough though pick number 40 is also demanding a fully guaranteed deal as he and his agent are claiming he will end up the starting QB so he deserves 100%. So right now you have 30 out of 32 1st round picks unsigned. 3 1st round picks and 3 other round picks that have not signed.

i'm fairly certain that is not true. here's an article from six days ago that says only four first round players are still unsigned. and i think one of those four has signed since that article was written.
